- Cash and Credit refunds are not applicable.
- In the case of an incorrect item being shipped by us, or an incorrect order being received by you, please contact our customer service team to exchange. Exchange policy would be same for this case.

- Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get a exchange.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

- Change of Article during the exchange will only be possible if your previous article is sold out or size is not available.

- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for an exchange.
